Because no two functions are the same, our caterers create menus on a bespoke basis, to suit your needs. Wherever possible our caterers use local produce such as Sussex lamb and Selsey crab.

Whether you favour the traditional fare of Escoffier or the lighter touch of today’s Celebrity chefs, you may rest assured that we will provide you with great food and service, at a reasonable cost.

As an approximate guide, our buffets range from £8 to £20, and a seated lunch or dinner £18 to £30.

Special Rates can be provided for regular contracts such as Rotary, Masonic and similar organisations.

We can organise all types and aspects of your event, including suggesting as your venue a number of stately homes and houses with beautiful grounds. We can recommend marquee suppliers and have operated successfully in open fields, offices, warehouses and boats!

You don’t even need to supply gas or electricity!

We have been operating a quality catering service for many years and have built up an enviable reputation locally for providing a first class cuisine and drinks service, combined with excellent value.

Catering functions are under the personal supervision of David Blackford, Managing Director, who has over 30 years caterers experience in quality Catering Operations. Having graduated from Hotel School, he started his catering career in London with the Savoy Company and was Deputy Banqueting Manager at Quaglino’s.

His career then developed further in Hotel and Catering management, and he has owned and operated two local restaurants of fine repute.
